Or, roll in spices and flour, deep fry and you have spider poppers.

Ick. Okay, f5 = complete freak. You're already special enough with all your HUMMER knowledge. You don't need to set yourself apart by pretending you're on Survivor.

Re: The spider that ...
Okay, I'm having a really bad spider week. His (above) cousin came to get me today. Anyone care to tell me what this, also large, spider was?

Re: The spider that ...
Looks a lot like the "Black and Yellow Argiopes" aka "St. Andrews Cross" spider: http://www.spiderzrule.com/stand.htm
Apparently pretty harmless. But still scary to me.

WE call them garden spiders. Then I kill them.
I HATE spiders. Long story as to why, but maybe one day I'll post it up.

I lived off a bayou in Texas for a year. OG, everything crawled out of that bayou and they were HUGE versions of anything normal sized.

Spiders are beautiful. Almost as beautiful as praying mantis.

Re: The spider that ...
Now, if you see one of these hanging around...be careful:
 Sydney Funnel Spider
or,

Brazilian Wandering Spider
The Sydney Funnel Spider, often quoted as being the spider with the most dangerous venom. While the Brazilian Wandering Spider, is extremely fast, extremely venomous, and extremely aggressive. These large and dangerous true spiders are ranked among the most venomous spiders known to man.
Happy dreams...

I have confirmation that from a "specialist" that it's an argiopes. Almost completely harmless.

As do I. It didn't last long after I took the picture.

I'm looking forward to it. I hope it has nothing about them hatching in doors. I've got one of those stories

Re: The spider that ...
These photos document an attack, taken by unmanned drone, of the Giant Black Jeepus Antihummeris Arachnid. As you can see, the Jeepus Antihummeris attacked an unsuspecting H3 owner, but the H3 owner was able to overcome this dangerous attack, and put the Jeepus Antihummeris in its rightful place?under the Hummer.
So, be careful out there?.

That's a real H3....
(Mine shoots around ok, but the front end does sit a lot lower than the rear H3, or else the tires are 37s )
