Yeah, it's the second best place to live, alright. After all of the USA! Actually, I visited some years back and thought Vancouver was one of the most beautiful cities I had ever seen. I was there on my way to Whistler-Blackholm where I got to ski with Nancy Greene. And it was cheap, then. The loon was worth about $.60. Only one problem: Way too many Asians. Isn't Vancouver where that restaurateur built a wall around the city to keep the Mongolians out?Quote:

I figured a ski connoisseur like you would have known this. You should come down for teh 2010 Orimpics.
There are a lot of Asians (Japanese, Chinese, Australians, Germans and Americans) here in the Summer but they are low profile and friendly. They don't burn our flags and try and push us out of our country.

Too late! Going to Vancouver 1-08 and on to Whistler for skiing. Whistler is rated extremely well as downhill skiing. The site of the 2010 winter Olympics
