I tried paint thinner last week to no avail

All Dealer name/logos are off except the tire cover. If I can't get it off soon, I'll be buying a new one. That is unless Lou Sobh Hummer wants to pay me a monthly fee for being a mobile billboard, cuz I ain't doin it for free!
