Hi Folks,

What gas mileage do you get in the city? Highway?
Average?

h2h82,
So quickly tell us all what kind of mileage your G-wagen gets..... hurry up now, you shouldn't have to go scrambling to a search engine for the info, it should be right there. Ooooh that's right you don't have one, do you? But the guy that picked you up last week, banged you, kicked you back out onto the street and threw a crumpled $20 at you did, right? So for a brief moment it was "your's". That brief moment when you had to bite the seatbelt of the G-wagen since there weren't any of your usual crusty pillows to bite on.
Now run along, and hope your anal herpes don't flare up again.

Ditto here. Only difference is my odometer is still at original 70 miles....

In Canada we drive backwards.

11.4. I have a heavy foot also but this area is flat as a pancake. The tallest "mountain" is the land fill.

As posted in another thread, I drove 500 miles this weekend and got 16.3 highway and 14 overall. Granted I wasn't stepping on it much, but still not far off from my old Jeep Grand Cherokee. Cruising speed on the highway was around 65-70 MPH.

As people post to this thread indicate whether you have a 2003 and 2004. My suspicion is that there has been an improvement in '04's performance.

I new to the site and fairly new to my H2.. Although I have driven larger SUV or trucks for years.. Believe me.. no offense intended. However it tickles me to read that a person who purchased an H2 or any other monster SUV that "We" own would care about gas mileage.. My H2 is great. but it is still ( as my daughter calls it ) a Big Coke Machine with wheels.. Now I have added an Air raid filter.. the Hypertech III is in the mail and trying to decide on exhaust ( I want more power).. I put on a Gobi roof rack. getting ready to install apprx 8 lights on the font of the rack.. Just wondering If I will end up with a negative mileage check. Oh well there are plenty O gas stations around here.. And if I wnat better mileage i will drive my 99 Sub with supercharger, roof roack 12 forward lights Of course my vec have two speeds forward and more fast forward..

Love my H2.. Gas mileage just isn't an issue.. if I couldn't afford the gas I should not have gotten it.

Mike

We're American wannabes.

But we're still sovreign to the Queen.

We will disagree with everything Americans do,
but expect protection when the **** hits the fan.

This country sucks...don't come here! As Steve would say....

Hey LOOPSS:

City usually right at 12 mpg, highway 12-13+ mpg, and off-road, around 9 mpg, average 12 mpg.

Light footed driver.

i get better gas mileage than ur brick does period. yeah, luxury is nice...and hate to be u. so, since u have a brick how's the ride rough like the guy who ****s u in the ass meanwhile ur biting the pillow that's in ur face. Oh, yeah it's crusty with ur saliva drooling from ur mouth. So, while every gives u the **** u sign...everyone waves and admires my ride........dick breath.

and one more thing...since ur worried about gas mileage. tell me why is it that the gas mileage isn't posted on the window sticker..don't tell me i know already it's the weight of ur brick. anyway, next time ur at the mercedes dealership admiring our cars take a look at the g500 and u will see it posted. Oh, and why is it that ur sooo worried about the price of gas anyway, since it's parked in the driveway all the time....u take ur honda to work anyways.
