I appreciate the fact Sewell always has an H3 loaner for me everytime I go in. I get a loaner for the day just for an oil and filter change. Plus they give me a free car wash whenever I stop in for as long as I own my H2. When my battery died and left me stranded, Sewell came out and replaced my battery for me at no charge. Sounds like good business to me

It's simply stupid to not offer the same "service" to anyone who comes through your doors, regardless of whether they purchased the vehicle there or not.
