I think that some of you are taking this thread in the wrong perspective!
I really don't care if he is using the pic, no big deal!
I found it quite amusing actually.
anyway I emailed Antenna X and he replied that any pics used in any of his adds are compensated $10.00 (WOW!).

BTW - You can negotiate, I say go for 30% of his sales derived from ads containing your image...including all prior sales as well as current and future.
