I would say it is the passkey ignition module that needs replacement; however, I'm not there to diagnose. Take it to the dealer and explain what happens.

Does everybodys
alarm (horn) start with low volume a few cycles then regular volume ?.

It begins low for 10 seconds then starts in loud, and flashes the lights on & off.
