How did you break them? They are somewhat flexible.
Actual part name could be a fender or wheelhouse liner. Service manual call it a Wheelhouse Panel, and procedures names are supposed to be similar to part names; not always like that.
It won't be cheap. If the only damage is that crack than I would repair it with some flexible repair material.

I'd rather replace them anyways, I like it to keep it clean when I can.
On alldiscountparts.com, they have fender liners for $35/ea, then wheelhouse assy's for $130/ea. Their illustration doesn't show up for me though.
