Ken,
I can't speak for yours but I've had my lift on for a year and nothing rubs. Obviously I've got your setup but when I installed my lift, I did crank the torsion bars up about an inch and a half to level the truck out.
The suspension has been in some wierd predicaments and has yet to rub... at least on mine.

Whatever, I have a feeling that it's the wheel wells that stink really bad in your truck. They're being torn to sh1t.

Re: H2 and 40's ?
I have the same setup as PhilD, 6" lift with 38x15.50x18's. They rub depending on how hard core you get. But as you can see everyone has there own opinion.
As I was scrolling through all these posts, I was seeing who the true hard core drivers were!

Re: H2 and 40's ?
No-one mentions anything about the backspacing of the wheels. Doesn't a smaller backspacing push the tires further out, and therefore helps to avoid rubbing? If I were to get the FabTech lift, what backspacing would I need in order to avoid rubbing with 37 x 13.5 and with 38 x 15.5 tires?

Re: H2 and 40's ?
Thanks for your quick reply. What size tires do you think look ok with a 6"lift? Has anyone used 1 1/2 inch spacers like these to push the tires out further?

If you want width, get a wider wheel tire combo or a more offset wheel.
Mine are 20x12's with a 15.50 tire, they stick out a good 5 inches.

Re: H2 and 40's ?
That truck looks good! I added the fender flares to my truck and now my tires don't look so wide. Bummer!! I thought the fender flares would look good and they do, but now my truck don't look sooo monsterous.
