Re: 1 inch body lift
This 40mm body lift kits is sold at Yahoo Auction JAPAN by Mad Jayson. The price is around US$300. But, I'm sorry to say that they don't accept an international order.

Re: 1 inch body lift
ok, I emailed Stage-Four about these fender flares this afternoon and the guy got back to me really fast.
Dear Joel
Hello, this is STAGE-FOUR.
Fender flares for Hummer H3 that you saw on our website is our original fender flares.
Approximately 3?"wide, constructed from ABS plastic.
But I am sorry to inform you that this fender flares are not available at this time.
Pictures you saw on the website are only a prototype and we still do not have a
definite release date.
Thank you for you interest.
Best regards,
STAGE-FOUR
Takeshi Mitsuhira
PS. I hope you understand my English.

Re: 1 inch body lift
In JAPAN there are several types of fender flares are available now, those are 90mm, 80mm, 70mm, 50mm and 35mm.
The reason why there are so many fender flares in JAPAN is that tires sticking out from fender flares is illegal. Therefore, we must install extra flares to cover tires in order to meet Japanese DOT regulation.

 35mm
 70mm
