You should have had the dealer provide them and put them in, if the state you are in requires plates on the front and back - then it's the dealers responsibility to make the vehicle plate ready.

I didnt realize that it didnt have mounting provisions until I received the plates. also, I got the vehicle in Ohio and I now live in North Carolina so it was just easier this way
