Did you get the owner's manual? It has a record sheet in the back and also include the required maintenance schedules.
If you need a 2003 H2 owner's manual, I can send you a .pdf file that contains the manual.

Yes I have the owners manual, but I like to have some other record sheet where the workshop can put there signature and stamp in it. But you can email me the .pdf file that contains the manual if you like.
