Ok, per Onstar, the system is down in some areas. I told them one week, if no report, my next call would be to cancel the account.

If we all complain, that should get their attention! I am pretty good at keeping track of my oil changes, but it is annoying to be told you will recieve monthly diagnostic reports and then don't recieve them.

Got mine on 10/18 
and I'm still getting the report for the H3 I traded in too
The only time I had problems was when the cable company - who's my online provider started their automatic spam blocker. I had to copy the header info from the email and send it to their "this is not spam" address. Then things were ok after a month.

I called up yesterday to tell the problem to Onstar. They said that it had been sent.
?
Well they sent another yesterday and told me that it would now show up around the 20th of the month. I said fine and sure enough, it arrived on the 20th, yesterday, without any issue.
Let's see what happens for November.
