When i brought it in for overheating the first time the tech said i was the 6th one that week because it was hot out. 87 wtf Then they made me wait for a thermostat because they were out. Maybe theres certain lots of parts gm just ****ed up on when they were manufactured.
And no its not abused. I've been to paragon once! And i've been on the beach a few times until it over heats! its only 7 months old. I have an xterra with 140,000 miles been in the shop once for an alternator. And a 95 wrangler that i beat the crap out of. And i cant kill the thing. But my $36,000 HUMMER cant drive me home sometimes.

Cut to the chase:
You must have all your DOCS on all the repairs,
Look up the lemon Law in your state and if applicable go forward...

Re: uncomfortable truck
Hope you get everything fixed or get some satisfaction from the dealer.
I have had mine off road in mid 80's - 100 and never overheated. Seems like some issues with your truck.
If you don't get satisfaction from the dealer, call Hummer and complain like hell.

IDEA !!!
Print some of the "favorable for you" posts from this thread and add them to your paperwork plus quote (you can find it on this ELCOVA FORUM) the number of people registered on the ENTIRE FORUM and use those numbers in your verbal and written communications with the Dealer and if necessary GM/HUMMER.
I have learned a good lesson from my DADDY. "even though the SQUEEKY HINGE gets oiled first" be firm and strong in your dealing with them but DO NOT fly off the handle. If you do, you only lower yourself and will lose respect. Handle it in a professional manner.
Good Luck...

Re: uncomfortable truck
I'm sorry, I was in a foul mood. I just got home from a day of listening to someone moan and complain in my right ear for 12 hours (no, not my wife). It's too bad you are having so much trouble with your H3. I don't really want you to set it on fire or drive it off a cliff (but if you do, POST PICTURES!). I find my vehicle to be very comfortable and I haven't had any major problems with it so far. Everyone's is different though and some may find the seats a poor fit.
Sorry, there I go again. I just can't help myself.

Re: uncomfortable truck
Yes, this thread started out as addressing "comfort" as opposed to REAL problems.
The real problems we can deal with. In your case, Lemon Law city.
But because your buttocks hurt - not worth the time - especially to someone who has relatively serious orthopedic issues and feels just fine in it.
