It would actually be perfect for driving through swamps knocking down trees.
I don't know if they have swamps in the northwest, you might have to settle for rivers.

My last command I had two duece and halfs. One was a 1963 Kiaser and one was a AMC of unknown year. Almost rock proof but the soldiers still found ways to break them. The new LMTV are a huge improvement but we will see if they are still around in 40 years like the 2.5 tons

We had M923, five tons. They looked a lot like the deuce and a half's, but were a little more capable.
Those damn things could ford water like nothing else, something like 75 inches, or six feet and still be knocking down trees.
