Sounds like it's time for Don Corleone .....
I think the press would love to print a revealing story about the exclusive country club - how the destructive antics of club employees is going unchecked, and how member's high-profile cars are being targeted for vandalism. What are these same employees allowed to do to your food behind your back?
Would be a shame if the GM got fired too .... 
Make the deal. Free membership for a year, plus the chef is fired (along with his buddy).
