Rims and Tires.... That's what I did first.
Stock tires suck, and stock rims are everywhere...
I also have a life preserver donated by a smart-assed friend...

First...what are your plans? City driving or offroad? What direction do you want to take it?
City driving/noticability - Wheels/tires, exhaust, a couple of billet items (don't go crazy. Most people here are bling nazi's.  )
Offroad - Probably some rock sliders, winch, grille guard.
Maybe an intake either way for gas savings.

Do not get a Volant, they rob your motor of HP not add. I owned a Silverado SS that had a Radix and a bunch of other goodies, a friend owns a dyno so we tested the **** out of it. When the Volant was bolted up I lost around 7 hp, with the standard K&N drop in I gained 5 hp. For the money its a no brainer
