It's being used to coat the interior brick walls in the Pentagon and Embassys. Since it helps minimize shrapnel from bomb blasts I'd say it's pretty tough.

I'm glad to hear that our brightest minds are protected by this stuff. I just hope the Rubicon doesn't launch an assault on our nation.

So I don't assume your padding why don't you ask a complete question with details as to where you want it put on your H-3, how you will be using your H-3, how much abuse you will be giving it.
If after your detailed question is posted and I can help I will, If I can't I will then give it over to the younger menbers of this forum ...
