New style mirror or old style mirror? If old style, take it apart and clean the terminals to the motor...then drill a small drain hole for water to get out....good as new. - try searching for the repair thread...

I found this you can try after cleaning it out.

hey man forget paying all that money for mirrors , try to reset them, if not take them apart and off the door , take the E-clip that holds the top of mirror to base, clean it out very well add grease and clean the rust off of the E-clip put it together and it should work just like new.ck these liks out!

Smile Re: Driver folding mirror

I believe I read in the manual the other day that the mirriors will not work right if someone has pulled the or bumped them pretty good.

Check the your manual I believe it says to push the mirrors all the way in and out about three times and the motors and electronics will reset. I'm having trouble remembering the exact procedure, but it is in your manual. Hope it is as simple as that for you.
