I have no idea CBR. But what I would suggest is that if you have any of the "original" parts then I would take off the aftermarket pieces you have and then put them on the new one you get. I know those rims and tires you have are a few bucks as well as the programmer and exhaust. Couldnt those easily be installed on the 06???
Just my .015 worth

Re: how much is my '03 H2 worth?
Trade in: $23,500-$25,000
Sell it yourself: $25,000-$26,000
Retail: $27,000-$30,000
There are very low mileage 2005's with Lux around here selling for low $40,000's.
My bro-in-law just took in trade a 2005 Lux with low miles and some extras for $35,000.
As others have said, keep your aftermarket stuff and use it on your next Hummer or sell it seperately.
KBB is giving more, but having seen what's around town (I'm next to the original Manheim Auction) and what stuff is doing at auction, I wouldn't have high hopes.

Take the total cost of your acc.'s and add 1/3 of the cost you hav spent. That's about all you can get out of it your acc.s'/
The programmer will not work on the 06 or 07. They changed something. I have an 03 Hypertech that would not work in the 05 or 06. At the very least, I would swap out the tires/ rims. I'm sure someone local to you would swap for a short time if you gave them new stockers when you picked up your new ride. The dealer may even have a set for you to use.
It's a sweet truck for sure!!!!
With all of your stuff, I'd ask 40K and see what happens. With the 6K cash back on the 06's, it may be tougher to sell. however, 40K with the acc's you have is a very nice price if you can find someone who wants the ACC's you have done to it.
Good luck,
Tim.

Re: how much is my '03 H2 worth?
I only paid $40K for my 2006 with 11K miles about 3 months ago here in Dallas. I figure the supply of H2s in CA is pretty good as well.
The damn gas prices have really hurt the resale of all large trucks, not just the Hummers... I took a big hit on the Tahoe I traded in on the my H2.
Id just keep it and be happy. Especially with all the goodies you have.

these are good figures to use, the after market stuff is not really worth anything on a trade.
