you can fight your own ins. get a lawer if things don't work. I had the same problem and my agent helped me file a letter to the home office (underwriter) to get it done

That sucks!
I hope you get a new one. once a vehicle has front end damage they're never the same!
I know if I was to wreck my H3 I'd be pretty bummed out, not just because of the damage but, because my H3 is my buddy and it would seem as though I'd have to say good bye to a good friend!  |
