Yes, it's the 3" version. Just wrap around shoe and pull tight.

I'm looking for some of that poster stick-on stuff. You know, that stuff that's comparable to a good rolled up booger? Any Hurricane booger stuff available?

Yes, just roll the tape up and it works great. Or you could scrape off the acrylic based, waterproof, adhesive and use that.

The 3" roll is perfect for that. 600lb tear test, won't leave residue, yet can peel right off without leaving marks or pulling much hair.
