The baby was in an infant seat NEXT to the mattress they were sleeping on .. AND, they had a pit bull just walking around? I would have ZERO mercy on those parents. Ignorant.

True sounds bad. But it was a 6 week old puppy. Parents were most likely stoned/drunk// or both passed out.
