Default Re: how much is my '03 H2 worth?

An '03 with under 50K miles is still a baby. Keep it. I sold two '03's and got nothing for them. Seems like you've put a lot of sweat equity into your rig as well. Just keep putting more mods on it and keep it clean. I remember my dad once telling me that if I ever got the itch to sell a car, that I should give it a good detail first. Having a shiny rig has stopped me from selling my cars many times...

I have a friend who owns some dealerships and of course takes in trades all the time. They have a seperate used car lot by itself.

Unfortunately for all of Us who go and spend allot of money to make Our H2's fit Our taste the add-ons are figured at about $100 of value for every $1000 You spend adding to the ride You have. It does not matter to much what the ride is.

There are exceptions of some vehicles that just have better resell value from base models anyway. So do not put much hope in what You have added. The only way add-ons retain more value is if You have a buyer that understands the amount of money He can save by having what You have put on. Even then they will discount add-ons if they know what they are doing. Sort of like the old saying that as soon as You drive a new ride off the lot it just lost 30 to 40% of it's value.
