His separation anxiety was way too much for us to handle. And we don't even work conventionally, so we're home all the time!!! Very sad for such a well trained, good boy. I hope he gets the help he needs.

Stewie! I'm glad he was adopted again. Poor guy .. he was just looking for a good home. But, little did he know that his separation anxiety kept him from staying in one good home for very long. Our Pomeranian has separation anxiety, too. Just leaving one room for another gets her barking and whining. I think little Pea-Pie keeps you on your toes enough!

I feel terrible.
But it wasn't only the pee and poop in the crate and everywhere. He and Pea Pie never really got along ( they drew blood a couple of times), and it ever got any better. If they had gotten along, I would have been able to handle it.
That was the biggest thing for me. I had to separate them all the time and since Stewart was a pisser/sh1tter/barker when alone, Pea Pie was the one separated from the family most of the time and it made me sad.

Hey, don't feel terrible. You tried for longer than most would have. And, don't forget, Pea-Pie was 'first' in your home, so it wasn't fair to her to keep her away from parts of the home and family that she was used to. Stewie will be fine in his new home. You tried and that's what matters!!

That's sad to hear CP. Atleast he GETS adopted again. Most dogs never get a second chance.
Maybe Stewie was detined to travel.
Now I got Willie Nelson stuck in my head.

That's funny because in the Crate Crapping thread you said he was born to travel and it stuck in my head.
Poor thing. Ken described his problems in the papers so whoever got him understood prior. I still miss him. Pea Pie seems really happy though and that's good.
I put Ken up in the Classifieds here when he threw my blanky away. His problem is mostly air so no scrubbing- just gagging.

This seems a bit unfair. I haven't seen you get rid of Ken for this behavior.

She did put him 4-sale in the paper. Some people wanted him, but they really did not want to have to pay for him. And then they found out he was not house broken. Deal breaker!

Atleast I keep it confined to the guest rooms.

Yes. And that wasn't a lump of charcoal under the sheets.
