The 27-second video, posted on Google, appears to show Saddam's body on a gurney, covered with a white shroud that is removed so the person videotaping has a clear shot at his head and neck. A large and gaping wound is visible on the neck.

Tissue tears when a body is hung. Plus, he was old, so I don't think he had the most resilient tissue/muscle in his neck. But I wouldn't put it past those dopes to mutilate his body to infuriate the opposition. Idiots.
