Like a spinner, except just on the mounted wheel? It would have to be chrome so the people could get mesmerized watching themselves in your wheel while at a red light.

How about not spinning the wheel but instead spinning the H3 while at a stop light.

Leave him alone, he might start to display paranoia.

I guess it would be "Trick my Truck" kinda cool, but the wheel is positioned so that it would not get the correct momentum to do it on it's own. You would prolly have to use a power source and those wheels are pretty heavy, or you could just do the rim, but the wiring and engineering suck that would go into it outweighs any possible coolness IMO.
