Hey hey hey, I was at the Rubi. I just came in the other way and waited for you guys above Rubicon Springs. I got to hear all of the stories from the people who had passed you people on the trails as they came up the hill. I even talked to you on the CB. Then I went to my cabin at Tahoma, got dinner at the Swiss Chalet, and had 2 bottles of 1997 Opus One, after 3 martinis of course. How in the hell did I find that cabin after that?
So the next morning I drove to the top of Rubicon Springs again and no sign of anyone on the radio or on the trail. I was a little hung over though. So I came back out and drove back to the Bay Area. |
