If you give me a $500 gift certificate with no experation, I will be back to buy another truck from you in the very near future. If not, I will go elsewhere. He called me back within the hour and said he would have it the next time I came in.

Also my truck was supposed to come with a trailering package, but didn't. So he giving me a set of GM rocker rails for $166 (dif in trailer and gmdirectprice of RRs). Talk about trying to keep their customers happy!

Hendrick hummer of Cary NC is all about their customer service. I will be back in hurry to get my new one. Definitely love their responsiveness to keep me happy. I didn't even tell him that my dad is buying one in 2 years when he retires.
