Thanks. So it is always in automatic leveling mode, and you can manually raise the back of the H2 by 2 inches with the button (and the light should stay on).

The service department at my Hummer dealership had it confused. I told them the light should stay on, signifying that the H2 is raised. Mine goes on briefly when pressed, the compressor runs, then the compressor stops and the light goes out. I told them it was broken, they told me that is how it works. It made no sense for the light to go out, as you then have no idea if you are raised up or not!

Another trip to the dealer....
