I dunno, I'm still liking the sardine or clam juice.
Maybe fill up some water balloons with it and chuck it at her windshield, the juices will bake and fill up vents etc..

Not only do you do the embarrassing magazine subscription and have it sent to the neighbors but also you get on-line and start registrating her for every single free on-line catalog and have it sent to the neighbors as well. Get all the neighbors pissed off at her cause they keep getting her mail. There are many free catalogs to adult toys.
