I ordered mine, the loaner came fast. I sent mine back, I got that back within a week. Its in and the loaner is on its way back.
And when there was a question durring that short time, it was handled fast and effectively. Both by phone and e-mail.
I am very satisfied both with CS and the noticeable change already.

It looks like I may have my pcm back tomorrow
Sent it express mail Monday and now it looks like with the express mail it should be here Wednesday morning
