Real. They got there with the computing power of your average scientific calculator, which is really pretty awesome.
There was no big radio delay because the moon is only 238,857 miles miles away and light (including radio waves) travel at a speed of 186,282 miles/sec would have resulted in a 1.28 second radio delay.
The camera was probably on the leg of the LEM (Lunar Excursion Module).
I forget what else you listed.  |

The landing on the Moon was real, but the Earth is definitely flat. |
