It would have been a completely different story had he come and ask me if we can do a special, group buy, or whatever. Instead he demanded I offer the same price as I did when we where doing our introductary special.

Remember that you were the one who said we all make choices and if he doesn't want to buy your product he doesn't have to. Well, no one is putting a gun to your head posting here.

Personally, if it were me, I would offer the lower/introductory price for say 30 days. Then you can see who is just running their mouth and who is really serious about purchasing your product.

The naysayers will either "put up or shut up". It sounds to me like a win-win situation. Your business isn't going to suffer to the point of bankruptcy if do what I suggested. If it is, then your company must be in pretty bad financial shape.

Let's say 50 people order the PCM for the lower price (which is a LOT of people). You mean to tell me that you still aren't going to be making money AND growing your revenue AND at the same gaining CUSTOMER GOODWILL?
