Someone should follow him for the rest of his life and immediately burn any type of transportation he owns or uses, including bikes and rollerskates! After he gets a new vehicle from the insurance company, burn that one. Once he can no longer be insured, wait until he pays for one, then burn it! Also, while at it, you might as well burn any vehicles he borrows, rides in or otherwise uses. That would be funny.
