What gets me is that there are folks who get paid VERY WELL to come up with these "ideas". I am guessing top speed would be about 2mph.

Actually, top speed is 1.7 MPH, but who's counting? 
I've got an idea that HUMMER can use for free: Use some of that money for a diesel H2!!
