In Texas, we just take it to the inspection station in the less scrupulous part of town, and when we hand them the insurance, we give them a Franklin at the same time...
Passes every time.
A few years ago, I was getting my Mustang inspected, and the guy sat down in the drivers seat, pressed the horn, which was the only thing not working on the car, shrugged his shoulders and put the new sticker on the windshield...
Isn't life grand...

No......because in Texas (Unlike out here) you have a bunch of piece of **** turd cars rolling around stinking up the freeways because they didn't have to pass the emisions tests........
