They were GM engineers working on powertrain development for H3's. Asked if I had any comments on powertrain, more power (V8), strong front diff (cast iron), stronger half staffs (larger ones are now avail.). They were "working", trying to break stuff. Life must be good....

They mentoned they cruz' the forums... they know of you, neocon, hunner, and many more. Don't know if it's a no-no for GM engineers to knowly ask and answer questions to outsiders. It would make sense to me that they would wnat all the feed back they can get.
