I've used RTV silicone for years and never knew what the letters stood for . Just new it was good around automotive applications. Went to the garage and read all the info on box of silicone doesn't say --just RTV silicone. Thanks for the info. The RebelQuote:

Hmmm, you have access to the internet, couldn't you have just googled it instead of going all the way to the garage and reading all the info on the box??
