5th would be bad for me as i have a concert on the 4th.
12th would work good.
depending on who i ca get to watch the kids. i may have to make it ajust a day trip. but it is only 3hrs and that would be fine.
i was up there while you guys were in UT and had a blast, i just wished it was warmer

May is really full for me, and Mother's Day is that weekend of the 12th, unless you just mean a day-trip on Sat?
Otherwise, Sept is cool.
