People go to jail for a LONG TIME for not doing what they are told to do while on probation. Probation is a PRIVLIGE and granted by the judge to not spend time in jail. Yes, everyone is given a chance not to spend time so they get probation. But if you cant follow the rules your a$$ will go to jail like everyone else.

What I dont like is special treatment. I say throw her in with general population!! Let her see what "we" everyday people experience when "we" go to jail. Why should she get special treatment???

Umm... because she will likely be tormented more than normal or maybe even murdered simply because she is a celebrity? And it will be about 9000x more publicized than it normally would be. I still dont buy it. Every person should have to suffer the same law/consequences that the rest of us endure..

All she had to do was not drive - the bitch is rich - hire a driver - or just dont work as she doesnt need the money - so obviously she thinks she is "above" it thus put her in general pop.
