anything you buy--fresh air intake, programer, chip it, etc.....seems to only give you maybe 1-2 mpg better at the most. I know, I've done all that plus a Magnaflow exhaust. Save your money and deal with the crappy gas milage. If you bought an H2 you had to know what you were getting into so just don't look at your mpg. Drive it and enjoy it.
