Not eating the cost... How much could it be? A few dollars?

If a couple of dollars means that much to you, that you would dyck around a fellow Hummer driver, maybe you should trade your Hummer in on a Range Rover... I'm sure you'd find the company more condusive to this kind of attitude....

I kept my mouth shut untill reading your responses... Damn, you sound like my ex-wife. Always an excuse and a reason why it's someone else's fault.

Kaz - you have no business selling anything over the internet! Your sorry ass excuse of a life, does not warrant the total neglect of a business transaction initiated by yourself.

I would assume everyone on this forum has a "job", considering the trucks we drive are not cheap to buy and maintain. If you are so so busy, you should have never had the time to post the item for sale in the first place. Just my 2 cents but I gotta get back to watching my Soaps, since I do not have a life

And you all wonder why Hummer owners have such a deplorable reputation...it is because of the nasty attitude of people like the ones posting on this forum....and your god complex.......I am ashamed of all of you for your comments, your nasty mouths, and your actions...Nothing I say or don't would make any difference...there is obviously no moderator, unless he/she is part of the tirade...nonetheless, you can go ahead and beat up all you want...I think it is pretty clear, based on the comments which are incredibly childish in nature, what type of people I am dealing with...

I doubt you will find a moderator anywhere that would stand up for a deadbeat.

Don't bull**** everyone!
Paypal can't seem to get any cash from you. This is a pending transaction and as of now I still don't have any refund.
I don't care about the cash it's all the BS that comes along with you and your bizzy life!

No, you fat bitch, just because you acted like a crook and are currently getting your fat ass handed to you don't try to spin this as "Hummer owners are ass holes". You made an agreement to sell your hi-lift and then for whatever reason couldn't follow through. All you had to do was get a hold of NJ with a PM/email/phone call and explain the situation and you wouldn't be in this mess. Did you? NO!!! You had to be hunted down and cornered like a crook. Guess what - you have committed wire fraud. That's a federal offense. Should NJ call the FBI and ask for a more definitive opinion?
You = Hurry up and make good on this or your ass is really going to get chewed.

If you had time to e-mail Jim back and forth during the first 3 weeks AFTER he had sent the funds via PAYPAL (instant payment) .. then you had plenty of time to let him know that you couldn't get him his item to him by 5/05. What in the world was going on during those 3 weeks?!?!?! And, where was his money during that time? The bottomline is that if you want the money up front and quick, then you need to do the same once the funds are received .. ship it out immediately. It seems to me that you needed some fast cash and got it. I sell a lot on eBay .. before and after my job .. and yes, we have a young child, too! I guess some people are more conscientious than others. 'Nuff said.
