Re: hear my super-long rant about warranty
ah - indeed.
increased line pressure to the clutches and internals of the tranny does not result in more pressure to the cooler side. The pressure on the cooler is a result of being calibrated to a certain amount of flow. [1 quart per x seconds]
an increase in pressure could result from an obstruction of the cooler line. such as clutch material. which is hard to track down being that the system is chock full of it after what just happened.

Re: hear my super-long rant about warranty
I just bought a SUT with 40k miles under GM's Extended Warranty. When the previous owner initated the transfer he opted for a refund instead. Now the dealer denies that it was under warranty even though all the paperwork says "under warranty". The GM at the dealer explained to me that "It was under the factory warranty until 36k miles, when you bought it the warranty had expired but...it "was" under warranty at some point.
I already bought another warranty, the above is just going to be a small claims case.
