They put those on anything up here, but usually on a 3/4 ton longbed.
There are applications for tracks, but it's a niche market.
There are several people up here with those on their ATV's as a side note.
If you want to wheel in stuff like that I say buy and Argo and a tilt/drive on trailer to tow it behind your 3.
