There has got to be a reason for the angle but to me it sure looks like he is going up hill, not down.

Im most likely wrong, I usually am, but in the screen capture Paragon posted the people in the background appear to be lower than the truck like their standing in a bowl. Also it appears the camera person is looking down on the whole thing due to the angle the picture was taken. Pretty lame recovery IMHO at any rate.
