yeah the H3 acc. pedal is drive by wire. The emission warranty covers things like that, i dint know that?
how about sensors and ecm and other electronics on or around the engine?

The heck with that, I'd rather have GM pickup the tab for a GM extended warranty (at their minimal cost versus ripoff retail).
