I got 8, my friend said thoses spiders are real, he has served two deployments in Iraq, (Capt. USMC).
Secondly, that photo of the smoke from the WTC is very creepy. I am still shocked that it was real. WTF?!?!?

Yep camel spiders are real, they're mean and they're pretty big but not as big a they seem in that picture. The angle the shot was taken from is deceptive and makes them seem as wide as the soldier in the background's leg. But he's actually a couple feet away. If you look in the upper right hand corner you can see part of the hand that's holding the spiders up.
