Actually I drove the HMMV for the first time, before the H1, H2, or H3 even existed. They just called the civilian truck a Hummer.
Think the driver of that Honda was freakin out as the HMMV tire was rolling up the hood right at him? 
Marines don't wear berets, but that does look like it happened on a base, somebody lost some stripes and some cash!
