Default Re: What do you guys think of this exhaust system?

I for one a'm not sure you will get any benifit from an after market cat back on a stock engine. you will get a nice sound, but at what cost ? will it have as good a fit, clearence, and will it come loose and rub on the body and frame ? as far as Flowmaster goes I learned my lesson on them in the 80's . I have heard good things about the Basani system . also be aware most muffler shops don't have a mandrel bender and when they try to bend 2.5 and up inch tubeing you get some funky wrinkled bends that are not conducive to high flow ,so why not just get a proven dyno tested system that is not a Bubbafyed wanabe muffler shop concoctsion ? it's your money ,but if I were you I would go with a properly engineered ,proven system with a track record of satisfyed customers and a dyno to prove thier claims .
